After spending so much money on application fees and getting nowhere, I was honestly frustrated and ready to give up. Ashley completely turned things around for me. She found the right place, helped me get approved with just one application, and made the process feel easy for once. Even with the HOA involved, everything went smoothly. I’m so grateful for her guidance and would recommend her to anyone struggling to find a rental.

Robert did an outstanding job. As first time home buyers it can be a little scary. He made sure all our questions were answer. Very informative and knowledgeable of all homes on the market. He made sure to ask questions that we didn’t so we were informed of all things. He went out and beyond for my family. We appreciate everything he has done for us to close on our home. I would definitely recommend Robert on your next buy or sell.

We are home owners thanks to the wonderful help of our agent Robert Quinones. Since the moment we began our house hunt journey with him while residing overseas until our arrival to Florida, his patience and dedication with us was beyond amazing. His knowledge and expertise helped make the transition and house hunt smooth for us. It was very comforting to know we had an agent such as Robert understand exactly what we needed and hoped for in our new home. I can't thank him enough!! Robert showed great patience and tenacity to get the contract signed. It took two weeks to get that completed correctly as the seller kept missing signatures or initials and the listing agent did not always respond in a timely manner. He had all our paperwork done and taken care of very promptly even with a complicated CO-OP neighborhood situation. He went out of his way to meet an electrician at the property in a gated community to correct an item that failed the 4 point inspection as we were out of state and could not be there. He remained upbeat and pleasant even when our frustrations were running high. I will always think of him as a friend.

A big thank you to Donato “DJ” Elomina for his above and beyond customer service and honesty as a real estate agent. We were house hunting from the other side of the US and DJ reserved a day for us, sent us information, responded to all texts and phone calls promptly. When things got a little frustrating (as things do in the market) he was focused, persistent, and solution oriented. Daniel has been even more helpful and personable than I ever expected throughout the entire process of looking for, finding and closing on my new property. It is clear that he truly cares and goes above and beyond to assure your buying experience is as stress free as possible. In example when we looked at the property we noticed that a few of the windows were left open. Once I decided to buy this property he took it upon himself to make a special trip and closed them for me to keep the winter weather out while i waited for closing.. I cannot rave enough about David. While the Zillow connection was random to some extent, I think it was absolutely divine providence. David answered our (my) many (MANY!) questions about every bit of the moving process to Idaho with knowledgeable, insightful information. He is honest and upfront and incredibly quick to respond to everything in the process from questions via text or email, to handling/filing documentation and contracts. He’s incredibly proactive and was stellar at keeping us informed, which was such a relief as we live(d) out of state from our purchase. When we came to Idaho to tour homes, he not only put in a full day with us, but rescheduled parts of the next TWO days (during the week of Thanksgiving, no less) to accommodate our travel schedule. He was a great advisor throughout and very upfront. His confidence and experience made the process so much easier and less stressful. On top of all of that, he’s just a great guy. If you have a chance to work with David, you’re lucky and shouldn’t let it get away. He puts in 150% to provide the best experience and make Idaho your home.

Mr. Tynes has unparalleled interpersonal communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and real estate skills. For example, he will go the extra mile to resolve an issue, get the task done, and so create a healthy working relationship for all parties involved without even thinking of how many hours or miles the task at hand may take. Thus, he creates a healthy working relationship not only with me, the buyer, but with others such as the loan processing agent and the seller's realtor, who may try to create hurdles as the transaction is proceeding to the finish line: the closing. Of all the realtors I have had experience with the purchasing of a home, none compares with the passion and sincerity, which Larry exudes throughout the process.

Mr Sverdlik was our realtor who handeled the sale of our home in Huntington Harbor, CA. Since it was a relatively expensive home on the water I had been warned that it's sale would take a long time. Shortly after the home went on the market three other neighbors put their homes up for sale. We were very concerned that there was now serious competition between realtors and their homes vs. ours all on the same block all going for close, similar values.Guess what. Mr. Sverdlik sold our home within 4 weeks and left the competition scratching their heads. Alex handled potential buyers with kid gloves. He was intellectually honest and explained in detail why our home was the best deal on the block and my wife and I believe that his intellect and personality were instrumental in the sale of our home over the other competing homes on the block. What a super exciting ride. Last July 2018, Alex Sverdlik from Markarian Reality helped me buy my adorable house in Lake Balboa California. The housing market was on fire. I was headed out of town and I called Alex one hour before the bids were due and he talked bidding strategy with me in terms that anyone could understand. He is so knowledgeable. When the bidding time closed there were 18 initial offers. Well I have to say, with the help from Alex my bid was one of 9 very strong bids to be picked for round 2. Round 2... Alex and I were given a deadline to turn in my final offer. Because Alex is so knowledgeable of the market trends he had a bidding strategy to discuss with me that was going to give me a pretty good chance of getting my dream house. Well, we turned in my final offer and Alex was right on with his strategy. Out of the final 9 round 2 bids, my bid was accepted by the seller. From the bottom of my heart I would recommend Alex Sverdlik from Markanan Reality in a second. Barbara CLake Balboa, CA

Between all the setbacks with sellers and my financing issues, Todd guided me in the right direction, answered probably hundreds of texts well beyond "normal" business hours, and never gave up in my quest to find the perfect home for me. Im grateful that I stumbled upon a listing, entered my information, and Todd was calling me 5 minutes later ready to send me more listings and begin the search. Thanks for everything Todd!

Helped me buy home
I am a first time home buyer, so I knew very little about the process. From day 1 Todd explained different parts of the process to me and in terms that I could understand. Whenever I had questions about how something worked he would give me solid and professional information. Honestly, I was impressed with how quickly we started looking at places. From the time that I said I was interested in any given place, he would meet me there after I got off work, often the same day. He even showed me the things to look for, good and bad, when we were inside potential properties. When I was ready to make an offer on a place, we would discuss appropriate figures for that particular place, but ultimately he would support the offer that I was comfortable with. I am currently in the final stage of my mortgage loan approval and Todd and his wife has been there to answer questions throughout the entire process. Todd was always very easy to get a hold of via email, phone, or text. I appreciated his responsiveness.Overall, I have had a very good experience. I had an offer accepted on a condo within 3 weeks of meeting Todd and I am very excited to be closing on my new place. I have no basis for comparison as a first time buyer, but I don't know that the process would have been as smooth or quick if it hadn't been for Todd. He is very knowledgeable about this field and I strongly recommend him.

Lucas started helping us as the housing shortage in Pinellas County was ramping up. We needed to sell and move but we could not afford to list and sell, in case we had no place to move. He must have helped us look at two dozen homes. His patience was endless. He did help us sell our then current home, which was more than challenging due to a binge drunk neighbor who tried to pick a fight with him as he placed the open house signs, as an example. Lucas effectively de-escalated the confrontation in a most professional manner. Sometimes things happen that take a true professional. Lucas is one! Lucas went above and beyond anything i could have asked for. Hes young, energetic and went out of his way for me seeing that i live 1000 miles away. Although he lives half hr to an hour away from homes that i was looking at, he was on top of every home i wanted to see. Even after i purchased the Tampa home, hes been back and forth taking packages/boxes in the house for us. Its not just a paycheck for him, but a lifestyle of helping others realize their investments and dreams. I believe he would travel anywhere in Florida to help a client! It was scarey purchasing a home out of state, but with all of his experience and facetiming, we got it done. Thank You Lucas for a very smooth start to finish experience. Steve Ruhle

While I was there I told Yasmine that I had a property i was renting but the renters moved out and I was thinking of selling it. Yasmine found me a cash buyer on December 2016 and the house was in the market just for one week, yes one week. I was extremely happy with her so I asked Yasmine to help me find my dream house. Yasmine went out of her way and was always available to meet with me or answer all my concerns. I just closed on my new dream house this yr 2017 and it only took 32 days from the time we placed the offer to the time I received the keys because we pushed to close sooner so thank you Yasmine. Yasmine has been a blessing in my eyes. I highly recommend her with 5 stars. At my job I have to determine if ppl are being honest or deceitful and I can honestly say Yasmine means well and her priority is to help us. With that said I am currently selling a home at 16701 sw 278 st homestead fl 33032 and yes, Yasmine once again is doing all the hard work for me and my fam..... Thank You Yasmine you definitely deserve this 5 star review!!!

Jamie was a great help throughout the entire home-buying process. My 80 year old mother recently moved to Florida while I live in Virginia. Jamie provided multiple properties to view and was so genuine and mindful of my mother’s needs, answering all of our questions and went above and beyond to ensure my mom found a house not far from my brother’s home. Justin was amazing. I'm new to the area so his expertise on the area and also with renovation questions, was priceless. He was so responsive and was always quick to set up viewings, even at the last minute. It is a tough market and at one point he managed to get 2 of my offers close to the line!!! I ended up with my first choice and I'm delighted. I 100% believe it was because he was quick, negotiated not only with pricing but other incentives for the seller to pick me and was persistent. And it did not stop there... even after the sale, throughout the closing period and even after... Justin was there for us with information and support. I had some issues with some documents for closing and Justin was on the ball helping me to get information and help solved my problems, even after hours! Honestly couldn't have asked for a better agent. When I buy again, I will definitely call Justin.

My experience with Justin was incredible. I have absolutely zero complaints from my time working with Justin to purchase this home. He is extremely personable, his negotiation skills are unlike any other, and the guy is exceptionally diligent in his craft. I watched him wear multiple different hats during this process and if the guy doesn’t have an answer, he promptly finds it. We started as strangers during the process, but by the end of it, I feel more like I accomplished a big win buying this home with an old friend fighting through the process with me. We all know home buying can be a tedious process, but I’ll say that if Justin wasn’t my realtor during this period of time buying this home, I don’t know if I’d be closing on it today. He knows how to strike a deal in your best interest, he knows how to explain to you how it all works, and I feel like I’ve learned a huge plethora of knowledge from him for when it comes time to purchase the next property. Simply due to his communication skills and transparency. I’m not one to harp on people or things, but if you get the opportunity to work with Justin, take it. Next property I buy, I know who I’m calling. Thanks Justin.
