Katherine Gale is the fourth generation of a real estate family whose legacy stretches back to 1922. She is the great-granddaughter of Daniel Gale, founder of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and daughter of international real estate developer Stan Gale, chairman and managing partner of Gale International, an integrated real estate development company dedicated to the creation of city-scale living and working environments. Actively involved in her family’s numerous enterprises, Ms. Gale has been engaged in the marketing and promotion of Songdo International Business District, a $35 billion city-scale development rising on the western coast of the Korean peninsula. Songdo IBD, currently 40% complete and with a completion date slated for 2016, is touted as one of the world’s first sustainable, connected, smart cities. Ms. Gale received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and her Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in mass media and communication, from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. In addition she also oversaw the opening and management of a luxury boutique hotel in Delray Beach, FL. Previously Ms. Gale was in Manhattan perusing her real estate career with the fastest growing and innovatively savvy company Nest Seekers International. She was a member and director of operations on one of the most noteworthy and successful Teams within the firm. Specializing in Manhattan luxury sales market, working with buyers, sellers and brokers alike quickly became second nature to Ms. Gale. After her success in the New York City market, she has made the decision to continue her real estate career on Long Island. Ms. Gale has joined non-other than Long Island’s premier and established Real Estate Agency, Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty to continue her own legacy of creating dynamic living and working environments for communities around the world.
